Terms of Service

Terms for using GTAMaids.com.

Last updated: July 22, 2026. These terms apply to gtamaids.com and its cleaning-request and cleaner-application forms.

Connection-platform role

GTAMaids is an early-stage platform that collects customer requests and cleaner applications to help assess possible connections. Unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing, cleaners are independent providers and are not employees, agents, or guaranteed representatives of GTAMaids.

No guaranteed match or result

Submitting a request or application does not guarantee availability, work, a response, a booking, a price, a result, or suitability. Any early estimate is non-binding. The actual condition, agreed scope, access, timing, supplies, extras, and provider assessment determine the final agreement.

User responsibilities

  • Provide accurate contact, property, service, availability, and access information.
  • Confirm identity, scope, price, payment, supplies, insurance, credentials, timing, cancellations, and safety expectations before work begins.
  • Do not use the site for unlawful, unsafe, deceptive, discriminatory, abusive, or infringing activity.
  • Do not submit unnecessary payment details, alarm codes, identity documents, or other sensitive information through public forms.

Provider responsibilities

Independent providers are responsible for their own eligibility, taxes, licences where required, insurance choices, equipment, safety, conduct, service quality, quotes, agreements, and legal compliance. Specialized, hazardous, medical, industrial, or regulated cleaning must only be accepted by a qualified provider.

Website availability and liability

The website is provided on an as-available basis. To the extent permitted by law, GTAMaids is not responsible for indirect losses or for acts, omissions, disputes, property issues, injuries, payments, or service outcomes between independent users and providers. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
